Kizuki International LLC is hiring a Marketing Manager at our corporate office in Redmond, Washington, with store visits and travel as needed. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
About Us
Kizuki International LLC brings people together through authentic Asian dining experiences. Our restaurant family includes Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya, Supreme Dumplings, Tang Bar, and Swish Swish. Across our brands, we value craftsmanship, hospitality, and food that gives guests a reason to return.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can turn marketing direction into well-executed campaigns. Reporting to the CMO, you will coordinate projects, create engaging content, and work closely with Operations to bring promotions and events to life in our restaurants.
Your priorities are campaign execution and store marketing, social content and community engagement, and store openings and events. Brand assignments and priorities will be set with the CMO. You will collaborate with design, marketing technology, PR, and store teams to deliver the work.
Campaign Execution and Store Marketing
- Manage campaign plans and the marketing calendar, with clear owners, deadlines, approval steps, and follow-up through completion.
- Coordinate with Operations and store teams so menus, posters, table tents, digital screens, and other campaign materials are accurate, approved, and ready on time.
- Track project budgets and deliverables; flag delays early and help resolve obstacles.
- Report campaign results against agreed goals, including guest engagement, visits, and sales where measurable, and recommend improvements.
Social Content and Community Engagement
- Plan, create, and publish brand-appropriate content, prioritizing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and RedNote, with other channels used according to campaign needs.
- Write copy and shoot and edit short-form video; coordinate larger productions with creative support.
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, and community partners; coordinate media opportunities with PR support.
- Use customer feedback, cultural trends, analytics, and AI tools to improve content and campaign execution.
Store Openings and Events
- Coordinate marketing for openings, tastings, partnerships, and brand activations, including schedules, materials, invitations, and on-site support.
- Confirm responsibilities with Operations and partners before events, then document results and follow-up actions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant marketing, communications, social media, or campaign experience, with demonstrated ownership of completed projects.
- Strong project management skills: able to prioritize, coordinate stakeholders, manage approvals, and follow through without constant supervision.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience creating social content and shooting and editing short-form video.
- Experience planning campaigns and using performance data to evaluate results.
- Ability to work constructively with Operations, leadership, creative partners, and store teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using AI tools and marketing technology while checking accuracy and maintaining brand standards.
- Availability for store visits, travel as needed, and occasional evening or weekend events.
Preferred Experience
- Restaurant, hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brand marketing, especially across multiple locations.
- Store openings, local community marketing, events, or influencer partnerships.
- Chinese language skills or experience with Xiaohongshu; familiarity with additional social platforms is a plus.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns launch on schedule, stores receive clear instructions and accurate materials, and stakeholders know who owns the next step. Content reflects each brand, projects stay within agreed budgets, and results inform the next campaign.
