Our Story
Little bites of happiness, made to share.
A carefully made taste of Taiwan, served at tables built for family, friends and celebration.
Who We Are
Taste of Taiwan, Made for Sharing.
Supreme Dumplings began with a simple idea: the comfort of Taiwanese soup dumplings, made by hand and shared with the people you love. Since 2021, that idea has grown into neighborhood restaurants across the United States, each one built around the same warm welcome and the same carefully folded Xiao Long Bao.
We cook the way families eat in Taiwan: a little of everything, passed around the table. Dumplings, noodles, wok-fired rice and crisp vegetables arrive to share, so every visit feels like a gathering.

What We Believe
More than dumplings.
We proudly deliver moments of joy to our customers, team members, and the communities we serve. We are determined to provide the most authentic Xiao Long Bao and other small bites of happiness through quality, service and value.
Our Mission
Craft
Fold every Xiao Long Bao by hand, with authentic technique, consistency and care.
Affordable Luxury
Bring the quality and care of a fine restaurant to an everyday price, for a weeknight dinner or a big celebration.
Warm Hospitality
Welcome every guest like a regular, with service that feels personal, relaxed and genuine.
Community
Grow with our team and give back to the communities we serve.

Celebration
Birthdays, reunions, first dates and Friday nights. We’re honored to be part of the moments worth gathering for.
Our Craft
A Delicate Wrapper. More Broth. A Perfect Bite.
Taiwan’s beloved soup dumpling, folded by hand in every Supreme kitchen.
Xiao Long Bao
More broth than filling, held inside a delicate hand-folded wrapper.
- Filling
- 10g
- Broth
- 11g
- Wrapper
- 6g

A delicate wrapper.
Rolled thin and folded by hand, the skin is strong enough to hold the broth and tender enough to melt into it.

More broth.
Every dumpling carries a generous pocket of rich, savory soup, so the first bite is warm, juicy and full of flavor.

A perfect bite.
Steamed to order in bamboo baskets and served the moment they’re ready, while the soup is still hot inside.
Beyond the basket

Finished one at a time.
From dumplings to wontons, the final form still comes from practiced hands. A consistent shape protects the filling and gives each bite the texture it needs.
Heat, timing, instinct.
At the wok, craftsmanship moves faster. High heat, precise timing and a cook’s instinct turn simple ingredients into the layered aroma of Taiwanese fried rice and noodles.

Executive Chef
Rooted in Taiwan.
Crafted at Supreme.
Former Executive Chef of W Taipei
Chef Lu brings more than 25 years of culinary experience across Taiwan and Asia to every Supreme kitchen. He developed our Xiao Long Bao from the ground up, from the wrapper and broth to the filling and the signature fold behind every basket.

“Tried this dumpling restaurant for the first time, and I’m so glad I did! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was fantastic. Everything came together for a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend giving this place a try!”Mindy MignignaSeattle · South Lake Union · Oct 2026Google review
“Convenient, fresh, friendly, clean, well-organized, communicative, and easy to navigate. My boyfriend and I made a reservation for 2:15pm, got seated at 2:18pm. Upon entering you can see a window where they are making bao (I’m assuming) and once we tried them, you could taste the richness and how fresh they were. Super delicious. Quickly after being seated…”Yosselin EscobarTacoma · Oct 2026Google review
“Superlative. Supreme Dumplings sets a high target with their name, and hits that target right in the center. I'm glad I live so far away from this restaurant or they would be taking all my money and making me fat while at it, a trade I'd happily make in exchange for their delicious food. Try their stir fried green beans, my favorite take on this dish - norm…”Leo ZhangRedmond · Redmond Town Center · Sep 2026Google review
“Amazing food and great service! Everything was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. Chris was nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He made our dining experience even better! Definitely recommend Supreme Dumplings, and we’ll be coming back!”Erica ChungKaty · Oct 2026Google review
“Supreme Dumplings in Bellevue was outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was excellent from start to finish. I tried the spicy shrimp and pork wontons and the braised beef bun, and both were standouts. The wontons had real heat and a clean shrimp flavor, and the beef bun was rich and well seasoned. Easily a place I would come back to.”Joe LeongBellevue · Oct 2026Google review
“The food was amazingly delicious! Everything was so good! Definitely one of the best XLBs! We were there on a Sunday and I really like that it's not too busy and easy to find parking. We also tried two dishes of the fried rice. Yummy! We will definitely come back!”Elisse PrisSeattle · South Lake Union · Oct 2026Google review
