Website privacy information

This website presents Supreme Dumplings locations, menus, news and contact information. When you choose to email us, the information you send is used to review and respond to your inquiry.

Reservations, ordering and rewards

Reservations, online ordering, gift cards, rewards and job applications may be completed through third-party services. Information submitted on those services is governed by their respective privacy notices and account settings.

Gift cards you send on this website, and My Gifts

When you send a gift card from this website, the card number, card design, names and note travel inside the gift link you share. We don't keep a copy unless you sign in to My Gifts. If you aren't signed in, the gifts you send are remembered only in your own browser.

My Gifts is an optional account that keeps the gift cards you send and save. It is separate from Supreme Rewards. To sign in, we email you a one-time code. We keep your email address, the name you send gifts under, and the gifts you keep there, including their card numbers, which are stored encrypted. We use this only to show you your gifts. You can remove any gift, or delete your account and everything in it, from the My Gifts page.

Browser storage and site operation

The website may use limited browser storage to remember interface preferences, such as whether a rewards invitation has been dismissed, and the gift card you are designing. Signing in to My Gifts sets a cookie that keeps you signed in. Standard technical information may also be processed by our hosting and security providers to deliver and protect the site.

How we count visits

We count how this website is used so we can improve it: which pages are opened, which buttons are used, how long pages take to load, the kind of device and language, the site that sent you here, and a rough area such as a city. A random number kept in your browser, replaced every day, tells one visitor from another. These counts don't include your name, email, phone number, IP address or exact location.
